In compliance with Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG, this notifies you that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through any account with our bank. As of June 1, 2010, Regulation GG prohibits restricted transactions in your account. Restricted transactions include, but are not limited to checks, debit or credit card transactions, ACH or drafts that are knowingly accepted in connection with unlawful Internet gambling. We may block or reject any restricted transactions or close any account we believe is in receipt of such transactions. If this doesn’t apply to your business, no action is required.
